Axis on Break

Axis is taking a break over the Christmas holidays.

We pray that you and your family, or whoever you are spending your days with, enjoy this time together. But even more, we pray that you will come to understand the importance of this holiday as a time to remember Jesus coming to this earth as a baby in order that as an adult, He would die for the sins of the world. And that in His resurrection, we can find hope!

Axis to OCC Warehouse

Tonight, our Sr High will be leaving the church around 6:15pm and heading to the Operation Christmas Child Warehouse to help get their shoeboxes ready for shipping.

The location of the warehouse is still to be determined so we will update you when we know.

We hope you remembered to fill out your forms and got them signed by your parents.

See you tonight for another great opportunity of serving and volunteer hours.

Axis OCC Shoebox Project

Hey Axis,

When you come for youth, along with our normal activities, we will also be setting aside some time to pack some OCC shoeboxes with all of the stuff you have been bringing in over the last couple weeks.

When we head to the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) wearhouse on December 6th, we will bring your shoeboxes, along with ones packed by our Jr High. Your boxes will get shipped to a child in need somewhere else in the world, where along with this gift, they will hear about the greatest gift of all, Jesus!

Looking forward to serving with you tonight!

Nerf Night!

Hi Axis,

Come join us for a night of Nerf as we try and blast away other youth groups in the area.

Guns and goggles are provided.

Meet at Grand River Community Church for 7pm and get ready to fire.

Also joining us are representatives from Heritage College. If you are unsure of what to do after high school, they may have the answer for you. Or at least give you some food for thought.
